Order Processing Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume drops, pre-orders, or special events, processing times may be extended. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. All Sales Final Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of many of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at texascoyotez@gmail.com with:

    • Photos of the item and packaging
    • A brief description of the issue
    If approved, we will send a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Sizing Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer. Shipping Issues Texas Coyotez is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping provider directly. Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, especially during pre-orders or limited releases.
